When will my order ship? All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package starts its journey.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes, we ship to all residential and business addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? We want you to love everything about your home. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging, but we know things happen. If an item arrives broken or defective, please email us at info@heirhearth.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours, and we’ll send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
